Project Description
This project focuses on creating a conceptual prototype for the "Q-Score" mobile application, intended for presentation at a sales conference. The app aims to boost operational efficiency and improve communication throughout various organizational levels. It caters to three primary user personas:
On-site Workers
Task visibility and completion of pre-task checklists are required for task authorization.
Site Managers
Responsible for supervising all site-related tasks and authorizing critical tasks for operational smoothness and safety compliance.
Executives
Oversee the general operations of the organization.
Research Phase
For the research phase of this quick prototype concept, we conducted a workshop with clients to understand their requirements. Additionally, we conducted interviews with three user types within one week.
Based on the insights gathered, we proceeded to storyboard the user flow.
