Project
Description
The project aims to create an internal web platform for Deloitte's VCA Sales Team to improve efficiency and deal closures by streamlining tax strategy creation and presentation. The platform emphasizes real-time adaptability and automated calculations to enable dynamic adjustments during client interactions, setting Deloitte apart from competitors.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the UX/UI designer for this project, I am actively engaged in research workshops to collect insights and create design concepts that resonate with the research outcomes. Acknowledging the significance of this project, we have formed a team consisting of a Head of Delivery, a Project Manager, and multiple stakeholders to participate in the initial discovery phase.
Research
Phase
During research, two full-day workshops were held to understand team needs and challenges. Sessions in Toronto involved Deloitte and the team, using Miro boards for collaboration. Challenges were identified, and solutions were strategized. Internal preparation involved clarifying client needs and optimizing workshop objectives through team brainstorming sessions.

Early Concepts
To meet the client's request for high-resolution designs, the process was expedited using Deloitte brand guidelines. Early concepts were presented, leading to multiple feedback rounds and real-time design refinements through collaborative dialogue with the client. Early design concepts and variants are showcased to demonstrate the iterative design process and tailored solutions.
Feedback after first concept
and final deliverables
After developing the initial concepts, the client appreciated the design and visual elements. However, they were still unclear about displaying entities, creating strategies, and drilling down into details. After several rounds of feedback and revisions, we submitted the final designs
