Currently a Business Analyst in Healthcare. A decade translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive, data-informed products for Toyota, Deloitte, Hologic, and CNN — and now leading my own studio at the intersection of product, data, and AI.
I'm currently a Business Analyst in the healthcare space — partnering with cross-functional product and engineering teams to gather requirements, map workflows, and support data-driven decisions. Before this: a decade at InterKnowlogy and ResortSuite, translating requirements and building data-informed dashboards for Toyota, Deloitte, Hologic, Quidel, CNN, and 7News.
Since 2024, I've been leading my own studio — Hiral's Creations, in collaboration with SiteCatalyst — where I own everything from requirements gathering and product design through AI-powered digital experiences. The flagship: NourishYou, an AI-powered wellness platform I designed, spec'd, and shipped from research to launch.
I work across product requirements, UX/UI, brand strategy, data-informed decisions, and AI workflows. Equally comfortable in Figma, Jira, Miro, Supabase, or a stakeholder interview.
A flagship AI product, a decade of dashboard work organized into three industries, and a couple of concept-driven projects.
An end-to-end AI-native women's wellness app. From research and brand identity through product design, full-stack development, payments, and email launch — every layer designed and shipped solo. Live in production at app.fitwithhiral.com. App Store submission in progress.
Dashboards for diagnostic devices and field-services portals — research-led work for healthcare clients including Hologic and Quidel. Real-time data, expert users, regulated stakes.
Data visualization platforms and decision-support tools for global enterprise clients. Workshop-led research, persona work, and dashboards that replace stacks of PowerPoint and Excel.
Real-time visualization for news — election coverage, broadcast tools, weather data. Built for high-volume, high-pressure live environments.
Speculative R&D for in-store AR — virtual try-on, sensory experience design, and immersive concepts that turn the retail floor into a story.
An interactive retail-experience concept — a smart mirror that personalizes the in-store fitting journey, suggests styling, and connects digital to physical retail through a single intuitive interface.
A full UX overhaul of the booking system at ResortSuite (Agilysys) — research, interviews, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Improved booking flow efficiency and accessibility across the platform.
Hiral's Creations is my independent practice — a senior, solo studio for ambitious founders and brands. Branding, UI/UX, AI content systems, Shopify, and full web builds for clients from Toronto to worldwide.
